Customer Experience Day: a successful first edition

At our main facility in Arendonk, we welcomed partners and customers to our very first Customer Experience Day. The event brought together industry professionals to connect, exchange insights and experience our packaging technology up close.

A deep dive into product and packaging process

Attendees were divided into small groups and received a comprehensive programme filled with in-depth lectures, live demonstrations and partner-led presentations. Throughout the sessions, detailed insights were shared into the engineering behind our solutions and the challenges they are designed to solve.

We also showcased how various bag-filling machines and palletisers come together to form a fully integrated packaging ecosystem. Guests had the opportunity to see both our precision seed processing line and our AROVAC® vacuum technology for building materials in full effect. 

By walking guests through each step, we gave them a clear view of how we design custom packaging solutions where accuracy, reliability and cost-efficiency work closely together. 

These demonstrations highlighted not only how each machine performs individually, but also how seamlessly they interact to deliver consistent end results for high-quality powders. 

Building partnerships

This day was not just about machines, it was about relationships. From customers to partner companies, the World Café proved to be the ideal setting for open discussions, collaboration and the strengthening of long-standing partnerships. The informal atmosphere encouraged valuable exchanges, allowing attendees to share insights, explore new opportunities and deepen the connections that drive success.
